Chocolate mousse : the Frech touch !

                                                             Chocolate mousse

  • Ingredients :
- 200 g of mascarpone
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 30 cl of fresh cream
- 3 tablespoon of caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
  • Preparation : 
 - put a big bowl and the whips of your electric mixer in the fridge with the thick cream.
 - Pour the mascarpone into a bowl. Mix it with the caster sugar.
 - Break the chocolate bar into squares. Place them in a suitable container to melt in a bain-marie. To do this, place the container on top of a pan filled with water, so that it is in contact with water.
  - When the chocolate is melted, add it to the mixture of caster sugar and mascarpone.
  - Pour the cream into the chilled bowl. Add the icing sugar and beat with an electric mixer until you have a firm consistency.
  - Add half of this cream to the mascarpone preparation using a spatula.
  - Mix and reserve in the refrigerator.
  - Before serving, cover the chocolate mousse and mascarpone with the remainin whipped cream. Reserve in the fridge until serving time.
