How do you make a Garlic Lemon Shrimp?

Garlic Lemon Shrimp


  • Melt 3  full teaspoons of butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Spread  500g of the shrimp around in the pan in a single layer, sprinkling 1/2 teaspoon of salt and  1/2 teaspoon of black pepper on top, then cook until the butter is starting to turn a dark brown. Flip the shrimp, add 3 cloves of  garlic and  1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes, and cook for about 15-30 seconds.
  • Add 1 full teaspoon of  parsley and  3 full teaspoons of lemon juice, reducing the lemon juice down to a sauce, then remove from heat and serve.
