How do you make Paprika Shrimp Pasta?

Paprika Shrimp Pasta


  • Bring a large pot and add full 1 teaspoon salt in 1 liter the water.
  • Cook  225 g of  pasta for 10 minutes.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, add  full 1 teaspoon olive oil. Add 1 large onion and cook until lightly browned and softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add 3 cloves garlic minced, full 1 teaspoon of rosemary,  full 1 teaspoon of thyme, full 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and  pepper. Stir and cook an additional 4 minutes.
  • Add 500 g of shrimp and let them cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add 2 full teaspoon of lemon juice. Cook until juice has reduced.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and serve, you can add Parmesan cheese, for garnish.
