Log in to MICROSOFT.
Access the LIVE site at https://www.live.com.
Clicking subscribe.
Fill in the required information, such as name, password, date of birth ... ..).
Choose between OUTLOOK or HOTMAIL extensions for the originals.
Click the Create Account button.
