    In recent years, lack of sleep has become a real public health problem. It should be known that it is during sleep that our body rests and regenerates itself  so, lack of sleep will have serious consequences for the proper functioning of our organism , especially our brain, that is to say our central nervous system.
Ps : the necessary sleep time for our body is 7 to 8 hours per night .
  • Effects of lack of sleep (than 6h):

          - Decrease in concentration and memory.
          - Weakens our immune system.
          - Increased appetite.
          - Acceleration of skin aging.
          - Loss of brain mass.
   When you sleep less than 6 hours a night regularly, the consequences will be more and more serious. we note :
-              - Decrease in spermatozoa ( so infertility ).
-              - Increased risk of obesity, type2 diabetes and heart disease.
-              - Increased risk of stroke.
-              - Decrease in our life expectancy.
  • What to do to better  sleep ?

         - Sleep in a quiet, dark and soothing room.
         - Avoid having a TV or computer in the sleeping room.
         - Go to bed at 22h and get up at 6am.
         - Do not sleep on an empty stomach ( drink some water before sleeping ).
         - Avoid caffeine and nicotine.
         - No screens.
