What is Pilates?

Pilates is an exercise that has recently been developed in the sports centers developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the development of balance of the body, through basic strength, flexibility and awareness, to support efficiency, agile motion, And strengthens the internal muscles of the abdomen and back, along with other muscles, to provide support and protection of the spine, in addition to the adoption of these exercises and strongly on breathing, which helps in fat burning, and muscle formation.
